You don't want to be okay as a speaker. You either want it badly or you don't want it. What you put in your body and how you recover matters a great deal.


  • Eat real food.

    Did it fly in the sky? Did it swim in the ocean? Did it walk on the Earth? Did it grow out of the ground? That's real food. Is it coming in a package that has 72 ingredients? That's not real food.

  • Start the day with a glass of water.

    Many of your body's natural functions depend on hydration. Make sure to have a water bottle with you every where you go and reach for your water often.

  • Sleep as much as you can.

    Sleep is when our body restores itself. It's when all of our repair work happens. If we're going all out during the day, we need the down time to recover and rebuild.

Nutrition, water, sleep. Work to enhance those three areas to make a dramatic difference when you hit the stage.Kymberlee
