Every speaker needs a meditation practice. Meditation puts a pause between any stimulus you receive and your reaction.


  • Meditate in the morning.

    This practice will not only change your physiology, it will have a direct effect on your experience of the rest of the day.

  • Become comfortable with silence.

    When you allow yourself to have tension with both an internal monologue and an external silence, this is true training.

  • Create space for creativity.

    In the spaces where there aren't any noises and silence can be celebrated, this is where creativity can flow.
